Foster familyThe United Methodist Children’s Home is looking for foster parents willing to open their homes as a temporary living arrangement for children in need of loving families.

UMCH particularly needs homes open to the following types of children:

  • sibling groups of two children or more (of all ages)
  • medically fragile children of all ages
  • teenagers, including teen mothers and their babies

If you are interested in becoming a foster family, you are invited to attend one of our informational meetings on the first Monday night of each month at 7:00. RSVP to Denise Peacock at 404.327.5864 no later than the Friday before the meeting you plan to attend.

In the video below, UMCH foster families share their compelling stories of why they choose to foster parent through UMCH.

For information about becoming a foster family, contact Denise Peacock.
